Implement a commuter benefits program for your employees. This popular fringe benefit program allows employees to put up to $325/month TAX FREE towards transit or vanpools. DATA can help you set this program up for free, plus they’ll give every employee who signs up a complimentary $50 SmarTrip card. Vanpools riders can take advantage of HOV lanes, save time, money, and stress, all while reducing the wear and tear on your personal automobile.  The Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT)'s ConnectingVA Vanpool Program is currently offering an introductory price of $99/person/month for the first four months!
