Amanda received her Bachelor's in Linguistics from the University of Kansas (KU) and her Master of Public Policy from George Washington University (GWU). In May of 2024\, she will graduate from Vanderbilt University with a Doctor of Education in Organizational Learning. She brings 6+ years of experience in project management\, data analytics\, and stakeholder engagement. Amanda is especially adept at using publicly-available federal spending data to inform policy work and identify key trends impacting the GovCon industry.\n\n\n\nMichael Baltzgar\, SKC\, USCG (ret)\n\nProcurement Center Representative\, Office of Government Contracting Area II\, U.S. Small Business Administration\n\nAs a Procurement Center Representative (PCR)\, Mike assists small businesses in Washington\, DC\, Maryland\, and Virginia with obtaining federal contracts\, determining performance ability\, and reviewing small business concerns regarding contracting or payment issues. A key component of his responsibilities includes oversight and review of over 20 federal procurement agencies with respect to their buying strategies\, processes\, and procedures. Mike retired from the military with 23 years of service with the U.S. Coast Guard and 3 years with the U.S. Navy.
