You will walk away with practical tips\, tools\, and knowledge about how to get your brave on and address conflicts more effectively.\n\n \n\n\n\nAbout the speaker: \n\nLaura Sharon\, Principal of Imperative Dimensions\, Inc. and a Relationship Manager for TrainingPros\, Inc.--is a seasoned performance improvement consultant and professional coach with more than 30 years of professional experience. She has an extensive background and expertise in the areas of \, leadership development\, organizational change\, business process improvement\, interpersonal communications\, front-end performance analysis and assessment\, training design and delivery\, and program evaluation. She also has expertise in the area of executive meeting design and facilitation\, chronic disease prevention and health promotion\, and human behavior change.\n\n \n\nLaura earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College and her Master's Degree in Health Education from the University of Maryland.
