Dee Kakar is a Senior Vice President and Business Banking Team Leader at M&T Bank, based in Reston VA and actively involved in the business community. He has been with M&T Bank for over 19 years and has held leadership roles in business banking across Northern Virginia.


Phil Cribbin has worked as a senior leader in both the Rail Transportation & Aerospace Corporate Sectors. He moved from Europe in 2006 living in DC and Virginia, managing large projects $500m+. He has a passion for lifelong learning and personal growth, recently starting his own practice of Leadership Coaching - with "the nervous system in mind" - in order to guide people to a place of inner stillness so that people can meet complexity with clarity. Project Management - delivering transformative programs through building connection, collaboration and community.

Christina McLean is an Executive Communications advisor with over 20 years of experience helping organizations and individuals achieve measurable results through strategic communications, engagement and tailored outreach. She has guided national and global initiatives across industries including financial services, healthcare, education and consumer engagement, with an unique international focus in East Asia, having lived & worked in that region more than 20 years ago. As one who believes in building community, Christina also partners with several local entities to bring awareness and fundraising to social / philanthropic initiatives.
Bill Wotowiec considers himself a renaissance engineer with a passion for cognitive science. He strongly identifies as a problem solver and is always looking to make things better. After a 30+ year career supporting our nation's federal government, he’s shifted focus to community wellness by creating a space for challenging mind and body activity and healthy fun! Bill’s passion for coaching, igniting curiosity and overcoming functional fixedness have continued to grow alongside MindShift Gym as new community members in Reston now discover new ways to improve their fitness, develop new skills, and build confidence.
