RCO’s tradition of winter holiday celebration continues this year at a new location, featuring festive new selections and favorite sing-alongs.
'Tis the season to join us for our next concert "Winter Delights", featuring new selections and festive favorites including:
- Selections from "Frozen", a medley that is bright, sweeping, cinematic, and hard to let go
- Arturo Márquez’s Danzón No. 2, one of the most iconic pieces of Mexican orchestral music that sounds like a living, breathing dance - expressive and rhythmic, full of color and movement
- Vivaldi’s Concerto in G minor, RV 156, a compact Baroque drama that is stylish and elegant
- Leroy Anderson's A Christmas Festival, a bright, sparking orchestral celebration
We are delighted to welcome back soprano Lauren Nieuwland as well as string players of NoVa Youth Ensembles to our holiday concert stage!
