Job Title: Sauna Attendant of beem® Light Sauna

We are looking for outgoing, detail oriented, and organized individuals to join our team. This position offers rewarding opportunities to help our clientele work towards their health goals. By ensuring the facilities cleanliness and functionality, you will maximize guest experience by contributing to the well-being and comfort of their session.
Experience working in a spa, health, wellness or hospitality environment is a plus, however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
We offer a Competitive Hourly Rate, $13-15/hr + Paid Training + Free Infrared Sauna and Red Light Therapy Membership
Primary Responsibilities:
The Sauna Attendant maintains cleanliness throughout operating hours by cleaning and sanitizing high traffic areas in the studio throughout daily operations. Including but not limited to: reception areas, sauna rooms, restroom, showers, and laundry room to ensure they are functional and maintained.

Reset Sauna Suites and Red Light Rooms by sanitizing, and setting up individual rooms with towels as well as removing trash and recycling. Responsible for the preparation of next guests’ appointments, and keeping a running tally of operational needs.

Regular maintenance and organization of our hospitality items, including folding and rolling towels while organizing them, restocking and maintaining stock of essential supplies while keeping them organized and easily accessible,.

Experience working in the hospitality industry.

To be able to explain and describe the benefits of Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna after training.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to be active, stand for an extended period of time and reach over head. Must be able to bend, kneel, and squat to access and adjust the saunas as needed.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Must be able to maintain clean saunas for members, which involves getting in and out of the sauna and reaching overhead to adjust settings which includes being able to handle high temperatures above 135 degrees for short periods of time.
