About Us

TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc. founded in 1995, provides diverse performance development training programs and executive coaching services (that include an online 360 feedback tool). We are an authorized partner/distributor for high quality publishers (Wiley and Sollah).

Given the challenges with Covid, we offer many virtual training programs and e-learning sessions.

With Wiley, we offer the Everything DiSC suite of programs, The Five Behaviors team programs, Time Mastery, Personal Listening and more. Having employees develop stronger and positive people skills is fundamental to a successful/productivity organization with a positive culture. There is also an online 360 feedback tool called CheckPoint. We also provide an online hiring tool called PXT Select.

With Sollah, we can provide a wide variety of videos, online and e-learning tools. We have a Training Assets Gateway where there are many options to build or customize programs and also where you can find off-the-shelf programs ready to help your employees learn!

Many of our programs have facilitation kits so that internal training staff can perform facilitation themselves, and we can coach/train the facilitators to be successful.
