About Us

Brain Balance is a non-medical, drug-free program designed to improve focus, behavior, social skills, and cognitive performance. We use a combination of physical, sensory-motor, and cognitive exercises, along with nutritional guidance, to help strengthen brain connectivity and address underlying developmental gaps.

The Brain Balance approach is typically geared toward children and teens, though we also offer programs for adults. The framework is built on four core pillars:

1) Sensory Engagement: Activities and exercises designed to improve sensory processing, motor skills, and body awareness.
2) Cognitive Training: Targeted brain games, memory tasks, and academic training to enhance focus, comprehension, and executive function.
3) Personalized Nutrition: Dietary guidance that often includes removing gluten, dairy, and added sugars to help fuel stronger brain connections.
4) At-Home Reinforcement: Complementary exercises and lifestyle changes to be completed at home to support in-center training.

The process begins with an in-center assessment to evaluate your (or your child's) cognitive and physical developmental profile. Based on these results, we develop a customized program that typically lasts 4 - 10 months, with participants attending in-center sessions a 2-3 times a week alongside home-based activities.

Many families utilize Brain Balance to support children struggling with focus issues (like ADHD), emotional regulation, anxiety, or sensory processing disorders.
