UPDATE: Covid-19 Policy

Effective Monday, March 14, 2021, the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce will remove its requirement for proof of COVID-19 vaccination for attendance at in-person events. This policy, adopted in September 2021, was in response to community health concerns at that time. Fairfax County has since fully vaccinated a large majority of its population and, based on updated guidance from the CDC, is considered a low area of community transmission.

Vaccine Updates - Fairfax County Health Department

The big news over the weekend was the Emergency Use Authorization for the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) COVID-19 vaccine. Like Pfizer and Moderna, the new J&J vaccine was shown to be safe and very effective in clinical trials at preventing serious illness, hospitalization and death from COVID-19.
